Single-Sided PCB Assembly refers to soldering electronic components onto one side of a printed circuit board (PCB) to fix the components and achieve electrical connections, enabling the circuit board to perform signal transmission and functional control in electronic devices.

All solder joints are concentrated on one side, allowing for direct use of automated optical inspection and X-ray inspection. It maintains stable function after 1000 hours of continuous operation in an environment of 50°C~85°C.
